Owner’s Team Planning
Successful projects begin with an excellent plan that is supported and maintain by experts in Planning that provide the tools for Owner's to anticipate challenges and make proactive choices. At the project initiation a Level 1 Master Plan will provide senior management with major activities that highlight potential impacts to the overall project timeline. Following the completion of a Level 1 Project Schedule a Level 2 and Level 3 Schedule is built internally to manage selected service providers and ensure project success.

Execution Phase Planning
Detailed, resource loaded planning that is logically driven is critical to the success of any major construction project. Establishing and managing a proper plan and a proper earned value system is essential to making proactive decisions that are supported by data. The proper set-up of a project, and the installation of a proper change management programs that takes into account both schedule and cost impacts will supply the Project Management Team with the tools needed to forecast and mitigate changes that have a minimal impact, or the potential to impact the projects completion.
Study Phase Planning
The study phase of a project, in many cases, is critical to the overall potential and success of a companies longer term goals. It is essential for a Pre-Feasibility, or Feasibility Study to hit its targets and provide the appropriate level of design and regulatory information to continue forward with a major Capital Program. Establishing a project plan is critical to the management of internal works and a variety of sub-vendors that are all relying on information and data from each other to ensure their targets can be met. Essential to many studies is the development of a detailed execution schedule prior to the completion of the regulatory requirements.
